In my UX design projects, I follow the Design Thinking methodology. It is an iterative and non-linear process that contains five phases: empathize (with users), define (the problem), ideate (solutions), prototype (a product) and test (with users). In this process, we seek to understand the users, challenge assumptions, redefine problems and create innovative solutions which we can prototype and test.

I got certified by Google as a User Experience Designer. I learned with the seven courses of this Professional Certificate, through hands on, practice-based assessments. I was able to complete the design process from beginning to end for each project: empathizing with users, defining their pain points, coming up with ideas for design solutions, creating wireframes and prototypes, and testing designs to get feedback.
